Mumbai: Bigg Boss 11 contestant Luv Tyagi got evicted from the reality show after receiving the least number of votes during a live voting activity that took place in a Mumbai mall.

Luv entered the house as a commoner and managed to survive there for fourteen weeks. But the Delhi boy failed to make it to the top four and got eliminated in the recent ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episode.

Bigg Boss 11: Akash Dadlani should have got out, says Luv Tyagi

“Something within was telling me that I might get voted out this week. After all, I was the only commoner, while everyone else was a celebrity. Compared to a newcomer like me, they have more fan following,” Luv told a leading website.

“Akash Dadlani cleverly saved himself this time. He was the contestant who should have gone out,” he added.

Luv, who was called ‘Lucky Boy’ by host Salman Khan and his co-contestants as every time he got saved in the earlier evictions, does not think it was just luck. “He (Salman Khan) used to say it because he wanted me to make my presence felt, which was very much required. For me, he was like a guiding force. But, personally, I don’t think it was just luck. This was a new world for me and I did not know how to go about things in the beginning. But slowly, as I started understanding the game, I started playing it genuinely from the heart. And my game became better as days passed,” he said.

Speaking about his fight with Hina Khan during the Mount BB task, Luv said that fans of ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actress might have got disappointed by the argument and this affected his voting.

“Those who used to vote for us together might have not done it this time. But I    had to do what I did. I even had a word with Hina about it and she was okay with my strategy. Later, she started playing against me. May be deep down she didn’t like it,” he added.

When asked about winner of the show, Luv said that Shilpa Shinde has a strong chance to win and Hina will be the first runner-up.

Luv also said that his journey in Bigg Boss was a wonderful one. Now, he is planning to shift Mumbai for work as he always wanted to become an actor.
